We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not, please contact us and we will set up a time for you to speak with our support team to advise on product usage and troubleshooting. We'll rush you a replacement product. RETURN POLICY
Except for damaged shipments, all sales are final. To request a return please email us at wecare@re-nuble.com. All returns must be authorized. Returns for damaged merchandise can be mailed to

If damage occurs during shipping, then shipping labels will be provided by Re-Nuble.
Your shipment will be inspected when we receive your package. A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. Any refunds will be to the customer’s original form of payment in its entirety (i.e. the full amount of the transaction).
We encourage you to reuse old shipping boxes. Please help us by removing and/or cover any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other identifying marks on the shipping box from previous shipments. Use a black marker to cover any existing labels or bar codes.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items to Re-Nuble. Re-Nuble will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to the customer. We recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number.
